It's taken me a very long time to truly understand what attracts me to this business and the inspiration behind my success in such a competitive, volatile, and demanding industry. The truth behind my story is one of circumstance and self-discovery. Now thirty years later I'm still growing as a real estate professional and team leader. As the industry changes I'm challenged to find new ways to adapt while increasing the level of service to my clients. At the end of the day, I sincerely appreciate every real estate transaction and business relationship I'm honoured to be a part of.

Upon completing my degree at the University of Waterloo, I was undecided about what to do next. My mother, being very intuitive and a force to be reckoned with, stressed the importance for me to stay busy and continue learning until I found my niche. In an effort to derail me from a carefree and lackadaisical summer she suggested that I register for my real estate licence, so I did. My first few years were filled with hours of door knocking, cold calling and networking. Identifying my strengths and pushing myself past my comfort zone were key to building my career and developing a strong work ethic. With each client connection and purchase/sale my confidence grew. Receiving words of appreciation and praise from satisfied customers fueled my passion, knowing that I helped someone attain their goal of home ownership.

After five years in the industry I earned the coveted Chairman's Club award at Royal LePage, ranking within the Top 1% of Real Estate Sales Representatives across Canada. My competitive streak was undeniable and drove me to work day and night to proudly hold a place in the prestigious Top 1% for the last twenty-three consecutive years (1995-2017).

The solid relationships I've formed over the years with friends, colleagues, industry professionals and clients are the driving force behind my success. As a result, more than 70% of my annual business is derived from past clients & referrals. Over the years my business has evolved into a full-service operation, offering my clients superior service and around the clock support in what can sometimes be a very stressful time.

My team shares the same commitment and passion, which is reflective in the lengths they will go to exceed the expectations of our valued clients every day. From sales to customer care, marketing and closing support, our clients are guided through each stage of their transaction with ease. As a team, we also believe in giving back. Our fundraising efforts have raised over $57,000 for Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, to raise awareness for a cause that is extremely close to our hearts; helping rebuild the lives of thousands of women and children affected by domestic violence each day. Continuing to pay it forward is a culture I promote personally and within my team to bring our dedication to service full circle.
